We offer a secure online portal for all clients to upload their tax documents directly to us. Give us a call and we will be happy to send you the secure link for your online account.

DROP-OFF AND SECURE FILE UPLOAD GUIDELINES

Drop-offs include tax documents physically dropped off at the office, uploaded via Secure File Pro personal online account, emailed or mailed.

All Drop-offs are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Drop-offs are worked on in between appointments and outside of office hours.

There are absolutely no guarantees on completion time frame but are usually completed within a week but length of time can vary depending on how many received prior to yours.*

To ensure your return is completed in a timely manner, all information must be submitted at the time of drop-off otherwise this can cause a delay.
